- We deliver to all Emirates across the United Arab Emirates.
- For remote or hard-to-reach areas, additional delivery time may be required.
Delivery Charges
- Delivery fees are calculated at checkout and will be clearly displayed before you complete your purchase.
- Free delivery applies to orders over 350 AED.

Hydrate Refund Policy
We stand behind the quality of every Hydrate product. If you receive a damaged item, we're here to make it right.
Eligibility for Refund (Store Credit)
- Refunds will be issued in the form of store credit only.
- Requests must be submitted within 3 days of receiving the item.
How to Request a Refund
To process your request, please email our customer support team at support@hydrategear.com and include the following:
- A clear photo showing the damage
- A brief description of the issue
- Your full name
- Order number
- Email address
- Contact number
Our team will review your submission within 2–3 business days. You will receive a confirmation email with our decision. If approved, a store credit will be issued to your Hydrate account.
- Refunds are not available for general wear and tear, misuse, or change-of-mind purchases.
- Store credit is non-transferable and valid for 12 months from the date of issue.
