  • Deliveries within the UAE typically take 2 to 4 business days after processing.
  • Delivery times may vary depending on your location and external factors beyond our control.

Delivery Areas

  • We deliver to all Emirates across the United Arab Emirates.
  • For remote or hard-to-reach areas, additional delivery time may be required.

Delivery Charges

  • Delivery fees are calculated at checkout and will be clearly displayed before you complete your purchase.
  • Free delivery applies to orders over 350 AED.

Hydrate Refund Policy

We stand behind the quality of every Hydrate product. If you receive a damaged item, we're here to make it right.

Eligibility for Refund (Store Credit)

  • Refunds will be issued in the form of store credit only.
  • Requests must be submitted within 3 days of receiving the item.

How to Request a Refund

To process your request, please email our customer support team at support@hydrategear.com and include the following:

  • A clear photo showing the damage
  • A brief description of the issue
  • Your full name
  • Order number
  • Email address
  • Contact number

Our team will review your submission within 2–3 business days. You will receive a confirmation email with our decision. If approved, a store credit will be issued to your Hydrate account.

Note
  • Refunds are not available for general wear and tear, misuse, or change-of-mind purchases.
  • Store credit is non-transferable and valid for 12 months from the date of issue.
